Adequate Stay with Noticeable Issues
filthy plug unfriendly receptionist
The room looked decent, but closer inspection revealed problems. The sink plug was filled with grime. It looked like an accumulation of dead skin and other debris. I reported this, and a manager addressed the immediate issue, however, no further compensation or gesture was offered to make up for it. The night receptionist was unfriendly at checkout and never asked about my stay.

friendly team great hospitality
The team at reception were both friendly and professional when I arrived. Check in was smooth, and I was thanked for my continued custom as an Honours Member, which I appreciate. I got a lot of information about the hotel facilities. I also was invited to book breakfast in advance. The hospitality in this hotel was great. All the staff were happy to see you and chatty.
Their flags outside need some care.

the room had a very large television with many channels. breakfast offered a good choice. the warm cookies upon arrival added a nice touch.
the outdoor garden area needs a makeover.

charmed by my recent visit
quick check-in spacious room walk-in shower
i found the check-in process very smooth and quick. the lady receptionist greeted me warmly. my king guest room was spacious and well-designed. the walk-in shower in the bathroom was really nice. the bed was large and i found it quite comfortable.
i found the hotel's flags outside in poor condition. it seemed like little care was given to them! this detail somewhat detracted from the overall charm.

the staff were really polite and accommodating throughout my stay. they seemed very well-trained and efficient. i especially appreciated their quick response to any requests that i made. they were really professional.

calm atmosphere wonderful bed rainfall shower
the bedroom had a very calm and warm atmosphere. the bed felt wonderful, it was almost like floating on clouds. i enjoyed the rainfall shower a lot, a true oasis of calm after a long day.
the gym was quite compact and it only featured a small selection of equipments.

Solid stay near the motorway
convenient location free parking digital keycard
The location was convenient. It was easy to find and close to the M1. Free parking was a great perk, with ample spaces at both the front and back of the hotel. I received a Digital Keycard to access my room using the Hilton App, which streamlined the check-in process.
I was surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room upon arrival.
